Each year, 100 outstanding women and minority owned businesses that operate in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware are selected by a panel of judges as the mid Atlantic region’s Top 100 Minority Business Enterprises. The criteria of business development, client satisfaction, professional affiliation, and community involvement are assessed.
The award is currently going strong in it’s 8th year, and will include a week long itinerary of events to include a Procurement Fair, a Thank You tour, a “Buy MBE Day”, the Award Ceremony and a Breakfast hosted by Baltimore City Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake entitled “Rescuing Superwoman Pt. II”.
